The terms that govern your use of the Gold Coast Chamber of Commerce website and services.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and the Gold Coast Chamber of Commerce ("the Chamber," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of goldcoastchamber.org and related services (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site, apply for membership, or register for events. If you use the Site on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

Certain features may require an account or member login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Membership, sponsorship, and paid events are subject to the applicable fees and to our Membership & Refund Policy. Payments are processed by third-party providers. By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable charge and agree to the processor's terms. Memberships and sponsorships are annual and may renew as described in the Membership & Refund Policy. Membership does not confer any ownership interest in the Chamber.
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Chamber name and emblem, and design — are owned by or licensed to the Chamber and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print content for your own informational, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed.
If you submit content to us (for example, a directory listing, testimonial, or message), you grant the Chamber a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with operating and promoting the Chamber and its members. You represent that you have the rights to the content you submit and that it is accurate and not unlawful. We may remove any submission at our discretion.
The Site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.
The Chamber is an independent business organization and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA or any official organizing body. "FIFA World Cup" and related names and marks are trademarks of FIFA. Information on the Site about the 2026 tournament is provided for general informational purposes to help our members prepare for visitor activity in the region; it may change, and official details should be confirmed with FIFA and the official NY/NJ Host Committee. The Chamber does not sell match tickets and makes no representation regarding ticket availability.
The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Chamber and its officers, directors, volunteers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or services will not exceed the amount you paid to the Chamber in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Chamber and its officers, directors, volunteers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
